Grandview Heights was originally part of Historic Marble Cliff, but in 1906 became a separate village, and then its own city in 1931.  Grandview covers an area of just over 1.33 square miles along the Scioto River and the beautiful Scioto Trail just west of downtown Columbus, offering exceptional commuting options for those working in the area.
